Every UV lamp has an individual serial number which makes it fully traceable. Our warranty covers any failure in the UV lamp ignition or normal running, provided the lamp is run in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's guidelines and operating conditions.
If for any reason a UV lamp is returned to us, we thoroughly investigate it to find out the reason for the failure. If we can't find a manufacturing fault with the lamp, then we will not stop there, but will help you to identify and rectify the cause of the problem.
